FdA is dedicated to youth development and our coaching philosophy remains the same; from the U12 team to the U18 Youth Academy team, all the coaching staff at FdA share the same vision; to coach players to produce high quality attacking and exciting football.
The programme is challenging but achievable, guaranteeing that each player has the opportunity to excel in terms of skills development, co-ordination and match play. Our unique curriculum and methodology allows our players to grow and learn in a positive family environment that replicates the professional youth academy structures in Europe.

The FdA Academy youth teams and system provides talented young players with professional aspirations a unique opportunity to pursue their dreams, while staying close to home and continuing their education.
The program also offers specialist goalkeeper training for the goalkeepers who play and train with our squads.
The primary objective of the FDA Academy is to identify and develop local players who can make an impact as professionals.
We strive to inspire in our Academy players discipline, character, respect and excellence both on and off the field. These qualities will assist players achieve their personal goals and produce players worthy of wearing the FDA shirt.
In addition to the personal growth of each of our Academy players, successful Academy teams will enhance the FDA brand in the local youth soccer community further contributing to the growth of our academy structure.
