 FDA Corporate Football Training

 In 2010, Football (soccer) Fever will invade Australia in the build up to Australia’s participation in the greatest sporting show on Earth. But why should the Socceroos have all the fun?

Whether you are preparing for a corporate football tournament or would like to offer your staff a fun and interactive alternative to a  fitness program, the FDA team can tailor a football training program to suit your needs. FDA Corporate football training is much more than a kick about in the park. Players of all abilities benefit from a structured training program that helps them develop and perfect their dribbling, passing, control and shooting skills.

The FDA Coaching team also integrates our Strength, Conditioning and Mobility curriculum into every training session. With larger groups, players are grouped according to their ability and benefit from the appropriate programming.

Each session culminates with a small sided football game to encourage a fun and interactive conclusion to each training session.

Cormac Begley     FDA Founder and Director, Cormac played as an international for his native Republic of Ireland U-18 national side. His professional career then brought him to France and Italy where he played in the Seria C for 3 seasons with Giarre Calcio in Sicily.	Omar Melizza     Omar was born in Rimini, Italy and played for 10 years professionally with high profile clubs such as Cesena and Siena under the guidance of Italy’s top professional coaches such as Ballardini, Benedetti, Marchioro and Tardelli. He often played against current football stars such as Buffon, Pirlo, Totti, Gattuso and Ambrosini.	Robbie McCullagh Robbie has worked with professional coaches at FDA’s football programs in the role of Strength and Conditioning Specialist for the last 3 years and holds a Bachelor Degree in Sports Science from the University of Sydney.
